The Rajasthan film festival reached new heights as time passed, with the passage of time, the Rajasthan Film Festival was established for the 10th time. The Rajasthan Film Award was conducted over 3 days from September 22nd to 24th in Maan Palace, Jaipur, Raj.
The opening day of the Rajasthan Film Festival in Jaipur began with a press conference and debate among key figures in Regional Cinema. The panel comprised actors, directors, artists, technicians, writers, and other individuals active in Regional Cinema; the conversation focused on the current state and direction of the state’s film industry.
The award ceremony for the 10th Rajasthan Film Festival was held on September 24th in Maan Palace, Jaipur. The event was lavishly hosted by Tushar Kapoor, Komal Nahta, and Mahima Chaudhry. This year, 24 awards and 2 broad categories were added to the list of nominees in the Rajasthan Film Festival.
Abhimanyu Singh, Raj Rajesh, Tania, Ken Karunas, and Jagdeep Sidhu, one of the greatest and most famous individuals in the regional film industry, were served at the award ceremony. This year’s lifetime achievement award of 2022 went to Mr. Sanjay Mishra, a well-known Bollywood actor.
Aside from the awards, the viewers were treated to a diverse display of Rajasthani culture and language through dance and music by Charu Asopa, Nirbhiye Wadwa, Rini Chandra & Honey Troper, Sharwan Sagar, Komal Sharma.
The ultimate aim of this festival is to recognize and thank everyone who has made significant and crucial contributions to Rajasthan’s cinematic field. The film “Shankhanad (Rajasthani) and Hellaro (Regional)” won the best film award at Rajasthan Film Festival 2022.
